Pan Pacific Beijing Hotel

We loved the helpful and friendly Mandarin-speaking staff at the front desk. The guest relationship manager, Jahida, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay for us and our children. The robot that assists with tasks and the good level of English spoken by the reception personnel were also big pluses. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to visit main attractions in the city. The rooms were beautiful, and the gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. a great place to stay in Beijing.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and close to public transportation. The room we stayed in was wonderful, spacious and luxurious with comfortable beds and a great view. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities , location in the center of the city near shopping areas and various attractions we were interested in, breakfast with a wide selection, and helpful staff.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met all my needs. the room was well, designed with top, tier facilities including a private balcony and a well, stocked minibar. the Restaurant served finger, licking Kosher food that met my dietary requirements. the indoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers for unwinding.

Only one minor issue, the service was adequate but far from impeccable. Some of the staff had limited language skills, which led to misunderstandings.

We had a great stay at this exclusive hotel with luxurious amenities. the spacious room was well, designed with beautiful decoration, comfortable bedding, and a stunning view. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the spa & wellness centre offered an extensive range of treatments that we thoroughly enjoyed. the indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, with sun loungers and a sun terrace to soak up the sun.

The lack of Kosher food options, which made dining a little challenging for us. Nonetheless, the restaurant provided delicious meals with fresh, high, quality ingredients.

The room temperature was a bit warm, but I opened the window and it quickly cooled down. The hotel is brand new and has a slight plastic smell in the walkway, but it didn't affect my stay. The towels in the bathroom were either too big or too small, but I requested medium-sized towels and they were delivered promptly. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pan Pacific. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

New hotel with spacious, luxurious rooms and comfortable beds. Helpful staff, especially at the concierge desk. Convenient location near a large mall and within walking distance of Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Cute robot adds a unique touch to the experience.

The hotel also offers excellent facilities such as a spa and rooftop bar.

At times it can be difficult to communicate with staff who may be more accustomed to handling Chinese business travelers.
